Great place to work only for HR, operation team, practice lead who are seating at office only. Annual function is only for selected employee but mostly site engineer not invited. Mostly Pharma project and same thing to do every time so no more career growth. For freshers good company. MD sir has good vison but team leader are not following right path Office culture is good only

In my career it is only company has various accomodation/per diem policy for department wise, Same validation engineer are working on Saturday but they don't get compoff. No one cares about validation engineer after deputation on site. No travel plan, department leader don't know about deep knowledge of validation. Three year worst bond policy otherwise no more engineer stay more then year. This company has not own single infrastructure so job security is always in mind

1. Company works across different automation verticals. 2. Every project bring a new learning opportunity. So you get an opportunity to grow your skillsets outside of your core area. 3. You get an opportunity to face customer without any barriers from your seniors. That's where the real learning starts. ( Portfolio of customer is incredibly large...100+ countries ) 4. If you have the spark , you will be given the opportunity to lead the team ( iresspective of title). This point I really liked as you dont necessarily have to be title of Leader or Manager at Sarla to demostrate/prove the leadership capabilities. 5. If you are from a technical team, You have to be very agile/dynamic to keep up to the speed of Sales team. Sarla is fast growing organization & willing to take up challeging projects/high risk projects & make it successful. Can do attitude is not only in their value system but it is visible top to bottom at all levels of leadership. They rarely say No to customer. 6. Customer appreciation emails are circulated within the company. That gives sense of acknowledgement. Annual award/reward function is exciting as always. Award categories are very interesting & encouraging (customer champ, account of the year etc.) 7. Finally, Site Opportunities. I have seen Engineers who have travelled all continents in just 5 years. Rarely there are companies, who has such platform in Industrial Automation field. Politics doest not exist much because projects takes place in silos or in small teams. As long as you keep customer satisfied, growth is yours.
