The management is really good no doubt 4/5 rating. But the managers in company are really terrible to tolerate. Anyone with ambitions comes to this company either they leave in a week or they dead inside. The GM and managers use so cheap language and zero professionalism. No hierarchy to whom to report No work life balance, No appraisals, In my opinion this company is terrible.

Inter department Politics to extreme level, Abusive work culture,No Team work,HR Head is nice person, Management Person are genuine but they not take strict action on the person who ruin their business,One fish ruins the whole pond- who is that one fish - every sark employee knows it very well.
