Salary is quite decent. Office premises is beautiful. There is a room for playing table tennis.

Dislikes

Negative work environment. Too much toxicity and politics within the team itself, no unity. Micromanaging to whole another level. Was even asked to turn on the read receipts which is a clear invasion of privacy. Pictures taken of phone screen while I was chatting, without me knowing and circulating it around the office. Non accepting despite putting in consistent efforts to mix in. The environment is too toxic that the person becomes hesitant to even approach the management. Continuous intrusion in personal life. No training whatsoever given.

Except on time salary everything is for dislikes ex. NO appraisal for third party RSO,, No benefits, And poooooor culture No job security, You will get your salary only till then you pull the money from distributor,

HR are very supportive, on time salary and company culture is good.

Dislikes

They're selling only songs through their all products, perhaps all product's price are high compare to other competitive companies products. No support from higher management and no ground level sale support. If you are joining as a manager but you have to work like field sales officer.

Too much pressure for primary sales. market value of product is very down. Senior was not supported. Too much challenges for making a Distributor.

... and excellent amenities, one area for improvement could be the salary packages. A more competitive compensation would make an already great workplace even better, helping to attract and retain talent.
