Nothing to like except Salary arrives on time

Except on time salary everything is for dislikes ex. NO appraisal for third party RSO,, No benefits, And poooooor culture No job security, You will get your salary only till then you pull the money from distributor,

HR are very supportive, on time salary and company culture is good.

Dislikes

They're selling only songs through their all products, perhaps all product's price are high compare to other competitive companies products. No support from higher management and no ground level sale support. If you are joining as a manager but you have to work like field sales officer.

...ry good towards employee. Working culture too good. Marketing team is very good. Salary on time. Leave system is good.

Too much pressure for primary sales. market value of product is very down. Senior was not supported. Too much challenges for making a Distributor.

... and excellent amenities, one area for improvement could be the salary packages. A more competitive compensation would make an already great workplace even better, helping to attract and retain talent. Nonetheless, the positive environment and the company's rich heritage in music makes it a rewarding place to work.

There is nothing good about working in this company ( Carvaan Division ) other than getting salary on time.

Dislikes

To be honest and after working for 4 years in different organisations I can say , Saregama Carvaan Division is the most worthless organsiation . The company hardly pays any heed to it's employees and high level of attrition happens everytime . I can confidently say that 80% of the employees from ASM rank hardly works for not more than 6 months . I have worked in the east zone of the organisation, and the RM here is a " manager without Brains " and ambition . He is a person who knows to run from organisational problem and tries to put every blame to his juniors . If you don't want to spoil your career , donot join this organisation.
