Likes

People here don't allow you to talk to teammates. They people don't fire you out but they create such a pressure that people themselves resigns. Talking about appraisals, your increament is final if you stay back at late nights when other staff has left the office.

Dislikes

Atmosphere of the firm is not tolerable. Furthermore they people treat you like puppets. You cannot devote time to your family and friends once you join here

From work environment to humble senior management , working at SARC is a good learning experience, One thing that I really love is the management is open to new ideas.

Dislikes

Working for six days does not leave much space for work-life balance.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
