The environment of company is overall positive. I always get support from management and upper layer. This was my first job so here is learned so much.

Dislikes

On other side, there are some negative factors also in company like politics but it never conflict me in my working style. The main problem here is that I didn't learnt as much as i can because that can be possible only in multinational/progessive companies.
