I especially thank Sravan ( Sr.HR) for giving me a platform to work in and to build my career in Saras India Systems Pvt ltd About Management I want to mention about few words on Sravan (Sr.HR) He will give career guidance/Motivation who don't have an idea about their Career as well. This is the first company I started my career, I felt very happy and I have seen here flexible Policies we can learn so many things from my CEO, HR, and Saras family.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
