...ing for same company from past many years. There is no concept of normalization. So people often leave sapiens, and come back to sapiens within 1 or 2 years for better designation and salary.

Nothing great or special.... Have worked with better companies .. Being product based is one good thing but no real technical work... Good for BA IE AND Tester .. If you are a techie and lead better stay away....

... techleads is high and the dominance of the hyped leads is reduced a bit. Cons 1)NO HIKE AND NO COMPLETE VARIABLE PAY EVEN IF YOU GET EXCELLENT RATING 1)Facilities are not in par with other companies 2)no feed back system 3)no transparency in the company.. Job Security provided you are a consistent performer. People will retain you at least by paying few peanuts.

...y average. Only few people who are like close Kith and Kin will get a good hike. Otherwise, poor pay master. Culture is very bad. No proper career growth plan.

Company is still working on very old technologies which results as no upgradation in skills and technology for an employee. Salary hike is nothing here. Recently they terminated 70+ employees for without any prior notice and reason and still hiring.

After a stage, career path becomes bit unclear (same with most of the mid sized companies). But if stayed for longer, good chances to advance.
