Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. This is one of the worst companies to join at the moment, though the company is trying to make things better so may be in future things might improve but foe now it's a absolute no company to join

Job Security provided you are a consistent performer. People will retain you at least by paying few peanuts.

Dislikes

...y average. Only few people who are like close Kith and Kin will get a good hike. Otherwise, poor pay master. Culture is very bad. No proper career growth plan.

Company is still working on very old technologies which results as no upgradation in skills and technology for an employee. Salary hike is nothing here. Recently they terminated 70+ employees for without any prior notice and reason and still hiring.

Good work culture; Engaging projects; work life balance is also good; industry standard salary.

After a stage, career path becomes bit unclear (same with most of the mid sized companies). But if stayed for longer, good chances to advance.

I am currently working with them , it is an Israel based company , Israel management is pathetic , they don't take care of India, country head doesn't take any decision by himself , always waits for guidance from Israel , all senior management is leaving the company as soon as they get Job so they are not laid off . Recently 60 to 70 employees lay off happened in the company without any reason and we heard that everything was handled only by HR and there was no senior manager involved to handle the situation since there will be too many chaos Stay away or you will loose career
