Well not much, may be the flat structure is a plus. But this means no growth at all in terms of promotion.

Dislikes

... poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

1. Work environment is good. Less politics and helpful colleagues. At least in Bangalore 2. Worked under 4 managers. All were very supportive and gave good opportunities. 3. Lot of team building activities like outings to Goa / Kerala etc. 4. Sometimes I feel food is given way too much importance here. Lots of options available. 5. Every one is very understanding. In case there are emergency they all cooperate and help each other.

Dislikes

...o exposure to AWS cloud, we use SAP BTP here. So it gets tough to change job. 2. Many employees are leaving the company because of poor salary growth. 3. They are hiring substandard employees and letting go off good ones. It will have poor impact on future projects.

...-called Product based Company. Compensation is not good, I mean it's terrible. In terms of pay grade, it's lower than the Indian Service-based Company.

Work life balance Royal treatment for employees. All round care. Very rewarding, in terms of salary, career path, travel, awards & recognitions, etc. Several events. Free transport, food, snacks, etc. Beautiful office space!

Career growth is very less. The pay is terrible as compared to market standards. Hike is less than 5 percent every year no matter how hard you work. Huge discrimination against female employees where they are given only maintenance and support kind work and latest architecture related stuff is only handled by male colleagues. You will become stagnant with zero learning. Also SAP labs mentions keeping employee satisfaction but they are literally forcing employees to come back to the office without their say. Hybrid model is just a hoax.

I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview. In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies. I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience.
