Salary is good this is the only good thing here .

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero , Company policies are not organised . No Weekly off is available and if you work on weekly off days your leave will not be adjusted, TA DA approval time is also slow . No advance leave approval any one gets .

Company having big range of products which makes it not dependent on single product. Products are also good. If people in higher management will change then this company can become no. 1 in market.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
