...sity.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Late salary..always almost 3 months pending. No job security. They won't give you notice as well. No salary appraisal system for any class of employees.

it is worst university,, no security of job no mental peace .. you will be tortured by management as well as staff.. no appraisal ,,, kabhi bhi nikal dete h koi value nhi h worker ki traha treatment kiya jata h

There are 100 reasons to write but the most pathetic is a lunatic chancellor and his PA is the supreme authority there at university and she has zero knowledge of behavioral and academic knowledge. If you dont have any option left then also i advised you not to go there.
