Everything is goid in Sanskrit i University.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to dislike. If you want to do good at any place, you have to love the workplace as your temple of worship. During my stay at Sanskriti, I loved each assignments given to me and I had put my great efforts to achieve from my side. All other factors are dependent on our activities. There should be a senior faculty in each department to get better performance and he can maintain better work environment. I have worked as an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering. I have been assigned to teach Diploma in Civil Engineering students and I have added capability of bilingual teaching due to opportunities provided at University polytechnic.
