While I liked working at my previous company, the collaboration of our team work in making the projects ,work challenges, since its my first work I used to be more excited for working ,all the support of team members was excellent

Dislikes

The biggest problem is lack of communication with manager, other team members and higher authorities , there was no job security, under appreciation , overworked even in weekends mainly i felt there is no opportunity for advancement

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
