Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...he time of need and firing the employees immediately after the project is over . I feel that the company's job should be more attractive than the salary......This never happened to me but I think some changes should be made to "Quick Hire & Quick Fire".

Management is not good,no increment of employ salary last 3 years or more than it .only 2 persons get salary increment at Saraipali base,where as Saraipali base work progress is a team work not only for two persons
