Sankhyana is a good company and there is great management apart from that they provide attractive salary and huge incentive's. I'm working in Sankhyana from last 1 years and I'm felling lucky to working you Sankhyana. I highly recommend it for all of you guys.

Joined this crap organization in January and didn't receive my salary

i joined them in January 2023 and they are not giving my salary and neither incentive. reporting manager is worst. he doesn't know anything about sales and now they are forcing me to sign agreement. Now i have gone through their reviews and found they are doing same with all. they are forcing their employees to write fake postive reviews. If you will not write they will abuse you. Recommending not to join this consultancy.

...cool company, I really enjoyed it here. Great colleagues, great work experience. Competitive salary and benefits. Very Structured organization that rewards its people fairly. Overall it is a good experience & Supportive management.

I enjoyed the clinical SAS internship opportunity to work with sankhyana. My project manager is incredibly helpful in meking any changes I required. Everything is good. Colleagues & working environment is also good

...ne of the pathetic and unethical company to work with. There is no work culture. You have no freedom to work, they even do not pay a decent salary, and salary never on time.They will use you for their own good and the moment you share your personal plans with them honestly they will put conditions as per their comfort.Your hard work, dedication does not matter to them.The communication of manager and HR is really harsh, unprofessional and disrespectful.When you raise a question about it they will point you only as you are doing some crime by raising your voice against wrong.They need to learn some basic ethics and humanity also.The CEO needs to change his attitude the way he talks is never decent and respectful. They do not pay salary as per their commitment.You work for them from 10 AM to 7AM(mostly it was 7:30 or 8) with no lunch breaks and even then they will cut your salary if you reach office by 10:20. There is no growth in this company.

It is a fraud institute for both employees and student they loot students with the false hope of placement.After course completion, their responsibility and job end there. In the class, the trainer will tell you big stories and pretends he has a good hold in the market so that you can refer more students.There is no placement.Not a single person is placed in my touch who has taken classes from them.I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.
