Joined this crap organization in January and didn't receive my salary

Dislikes

i joined them in January 2023 and they are not giving my salary and neither incentive. reporting manager is worst. he doesn't know anything about sales and now they are forcing me to sign agreement. Now i have gone through their reviews and found they are doing same with all. they are forcing their employees to write fake postive reviews. If you will not write they will abuse you. Recommending not to join this consultancy.

The company deducts salary, does not pay salary on time, work culture is not good and company lays off the employee at any time. Sometimes I get work done on Sundays too.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
