1.Increment percent is good in initial year. 2.You get exposure to live project as well as client interaction. 3.You get to learn and expose multiple technologies.

...ven for Comp- offs. 2.No job security, they can lay you off at any time. 3.One 1 leave per month, if you take more than 1 leave the salary gets deducted. 4.Have alternate Saturday working - referred as learning Saturday which is useless as no one is interested. 5.Work from Home is only allowed if you are favorite to TL or Manager.

Salary would be credited to your account on time, you would be sometimes forced into scenarios where you would learn quite a lot of things.

1. Low salary for the amount of work being done. 2. Forced to work overtime without the overtime pay. 3. During appraisal expected to participate in all extracurricular activities In addition to being overworked.

The company is good. Salary is always paid on time. They have flexible work timings which help in getting a good work-life balance. They have a good training team too. Positive and motivating work-culture.
