Salary would be credited to your account on time, you would be sometimes forced into scenarios where you would learn quite a lot of things.

1. Low salary for the amount of work being done. 2. Forced to work overtime without the overtime pay. 3. During appraisal expected to participate in all extracurricular activities In addition to being overworked.

The company is good. Salary is always paid on time. They have flexible work timings which help in getting a good work-life balance. They have a good training team too. Positive and motivating work-culture.

... my earlier days when I joined and see a phenomenal improvement in my abilities. The salary is up to industry standards and appraisal discussions are transparent. Overall, a good company to work in.
