Working in Sankar NP Japan given really a fulfillment of what we do. our work has been recognized by the Managements. Our Ideas for the betterment of the organization has been valued. The care taken by the Management for every individual employee is Amazing. I really appreciate the Transparency of the Management whether it is good or bad. its has been communicated then and there. Scope of performance is high.

Nothing about dislike. the Performance Management for employees and Employees attendance systems to be organized professionally. we have taken initiatives to achieve this too.
