Career growth is Nil. Management do not address our issues. No appreciation, no work life balance, Salary deductions during critical times, too much work pressure, No competitiveness, Biasness between seniors and juniors.

Only retired people work here after 60, No any policy good for employees, No any particular timing for Salary, They have zero priority for employees, Some times Salary late by three months. No any support from HR Manager(retired 😊), Full and Final pending from two years,

incriment is long dream that. It takes a very long time for your salary to increase. No overtime even though they say we don't allow it but in plant some time you have to do it.
