...have to sit late. Team leaders expect you to work till late because they do so. Salary deductions are terrible. They don’t care you’re sick or anything the salary is deducted. If you Don’t complete 160hours for a month then salary is deducted. Salary is not enough as compared to work. If you get sick while working then team leaders will ask you to take pill and work. No on the job learning. The job will be a serious dent on your CV. No skill development. Nothing. If you want to learning something you have to do it on your own. If you cant do quality work then managers can send you warning letters and can also ask you to leave the company. No pantry nothing. No coffee machine. If you can’t bring lunch then you become dependent on ordering online because there’s nothing to eat outside office too. Saturdays you don’t have any work but still you have to come to waste your time. And if you dont come then salary is deducted

They make employees fool by adding bonus money in their salaries but actually they deduct the amount from employees salary and give that money back to the employee after every three months by doing some more deduction from that bonus too. Work culture is also very poor and no facilities are given to the employee and so unhygienic place is that . No appreciation for good work and pressurize employees to work more and more but not even appropriate a single employee. Worst place to work .

Well I have worked in Sand Martin for 1 year. I think Sand Martin is still like a collection of small companies working independently under the umbrella of 1 big name Sand Martin with pretty much individual targets and responsibilities for each company.

Dislikes

I'm not satisfied with their leaves rules (after completing your 1 year EL & SL are active) & salary package.

Team mates and line managers are really good and very helpful.

Dislikes

Policies related to salary deduction is unfavourable for the employee. They have not left even a single bit where salary can be deducted. No benefit for doing hard work and being 100% efficient, at the end you are going to be on same page like others during your appraisal and while you leave the company.

No Career growth, everyone just enjoying. Less opportunity and Here Salary is not a Salary its wages; You get paid by the hour . Bad Management, Team members are good
