As many of other companies deducting their employees salary in current covid situation, SMC has not done anything like this till now. So, it's quite safe working with SMC in terms of job security.

Dislikes

Sometimes it's look like experienced people handling major clients are not at all interested to provide proper training to their junior. Also, don't know the reason but few employees delays there work just to show that they are working till late. They even can delay 5-10 min of work just because they need to switch between jobs.

A good place to learn and i gained my knowledge in UK accounting from Sandmartin. A fresher gets very good training in the initial stages. Apart fron that, the timings are very convenient where you can leave office by 7.

Dislikes

The Management is hopeless and focuses on ways to deduct salary. They try to retain employees by threatening and forcing employees to serve the completee notice period and there is no option to leave early. After leaving they trouble and always hesitant to settle dues and never respond to emails. I got the Relieving letter along with balance salary (without bonus) after 6 months.

...er worked. You can't use your phone need to lock in locker before starting work. If you found using mobile they'll deduct your salary. Also when it comes to salary part they have there own useless retention scheme where they auto deduct X % from your salary and say it will be paid after 1 year. I mean what kind of policy is this also when it comes to office timings you need to be there at sharo 10 but yours senior force you to work beyond 9 hours.

If you’re blessed then your team mates could be nice.

...have to sit late. Team leaders expect you to work till late because they do so. Salary deductions are terrible. They don’t care you’re sick or anything the salary is deducted. If you Don’t complete 160hours for a month then salary is deducted. Salary is not enough as compared to work. If you get sick while working then team leaders will ask you to take pill and work. No on the job learning. The job will be a serious dent on your CV. No skill development. Nothing. If you want to learning something you have to do it on your own. If you cant do quality work then managers can send you warning letters and can also ask you to leave the company. No pantry nothing. No coffee machine. If you can’t bring lunch then you become dependent on ordering online because there’s nothing to eat outside office too. Saturdays you don’t have any work but still you have to come to waste your time. And if you dont come then salary is deducted

Nothing to like!! Management don’t care about you. I was waiting for 3-4 months just to know how much they offering appraisal and even they were aware of my expectations still they were just saying that management will decide and it took 4 months to management decision. I wasted my almost 6 months in this company. Manager have very rude behaviour. If you work here you’ll only get less salary compare to market standards and you must not expect respect here. You have to wait for months just to get their reply.

...were saying if you are working from home you have to give extra time to company. And will pay for 8 hours but you have to work 10-11 hours many days and no remuneration for this.
