...y the truth is they hired manpower through contractor or their relatives easily. With labor grade pay - 9500/- 2. Working Culture: Worst working culture i have ever seen in the industries. You have not taken decisions with your own. You always be take permission to the higher management directly. 3. Management is not good enough also. They all change their decisions in a second. You have start work again according to their requirement. 4. HR policy: what a joke. A single cup of tea is not provided by the management & drinking water is not available in the company permisis & bad conditions of the toilets.
