Company HR person receive your call once and know who is calling/ from next time onwards, he will not response to your call. I think he is always putting numbers in block list. For any Important or emergency call, he will not response to call or whatsapp message.

Bit pathetic behavior, not guidance or support related to Salary deduction or IT matter or Mediclaim query. there internal application are such that they work only on ie (compatible mode only).

1. Work politics 2. Favourism to specific set of employees 3. Lala company (although real Lala is not involved in day to day working, employed representative considering themselves as not less than real Lala) 4. Always do false promises 5. Low appraisals 6. Everyone in SMHS is looting Motherson including Top boss and HODs 7. No specific set of policies, every employee will be treated different based on decision maker's personal bias. Specially, HR and Finance dept. HR is useless (why they have HR department, god knows) and CFO have no sense of how to talk/treat with someone. 8. You can be given any task any time even sales or any new area, for which even themselves don't have any prior experience or basic knowledge. 9. No job security. 10. One lady in office (ofcourse favourite of top boss) consider her self as dictator. They have tagline of "Proud to be part of Motherson", but Motherson will surely not consider themselves as Proud when they get to know the inside situation of SMHS Strongly recommend not to join SMHS even if you are getting 100% hike.

Well, we worked from home for the peak period of Covid 19, and every one in the team was connected on a daily basis and all the project work was going on. we were having a daily huddle call every morning and to ensure that everyone in the team and their families are safe, this was followed by a evening huddle which was more about checking on each other, singing together and sharing recipes and ensuring that everyone is mentally fit. Till date, we dont have a single case of Covid in our company and even though we have re started working from office, but we are ensuring that a very limited set of employees come to office and the rest are still working from the comforts of their homes. The biggest learning was that we all came together to support each other and it has been a very fun and healthy experience. We did not have any delays or deductions in salaries and even the top management team joined in for a call to encourage the overall teams to stay positive, so it has been a rewarding journey so far.
