Company policies were awesome and opportunities to grow with the company were pretty fair. No any office politics or negative criticism. All superiors, colleagues and peers were very energetic, open and adaptive towards change management, and always extended their full heart support to new talent. The most attractive part of top management was, giving complete freedom to take decisions and empowering the people for this purpose

Working Environment was very good at that time the was running at full swing and I have got rich experience from samtel group of companies in various departments like purchase Excise Having very upgraded technology in ERP system and time to time got the various professional training And I have felt the pride by working in this group.

Dislikes

Due to some flactuation in the business scenario in the late time and even the samtel could not upgrade the final product as per time requirement. So at very last the was failed in the business and have to close the entire setup.
