...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics And the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but caret growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Likes

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.

Samsung is on of the best company in manufacturing. They well care about their employee's, great place to work.

Dislikes

Their salary structure is not so good. They are paying a large amount in terms of incentive.

Better than peers Salary, incentives, bonuses all come on specified time without fail.

Dislikes

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas. Also being a MNC, Korean bossss were great in understanding the skills of employees and as usual Indian employees never supports everyone for onsite, awards and promotions.
