Avoid this company at all cost, if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company. The processes internally are so bad that they will stop your growth and rate you subjectively basis your visibility to your bosses rather than objectively basis achieved numbers. The divisional HRs here have a habbit of revoking offers last minute after having full blown discussion on remuneration and rolling out LOI. They deserve hell.
