Pay perks are better than industry norms Timely payments. Flexible work from home policy. Annual health check ups.

Dislikes

Top Management doesn't listen to market needs leading to dissatisfied channel partners No scope of promotion. They hire and fire employees without any reason. Too much Undue pressure from management. No empathy at all.

Per peice incentive and over and above incentive salb is very good and every month traning schedule is very good

In diwali no bonus provide by samsung and increment on every year is very less to comparison other brand
