Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas.
