Overall not a company to work for. Work only if you have no other better job available at that time. It can help you fill the gap.

Top Management doesn't listen to market needs leading to dissatisfied channel partners No scope of promotion. They hire and fire employees without any reason. Too much Undue pressure from management. No empathy at all.
