Good work environment and good teammates .Management is well organised .The most good thing I like in samsung that they celebrate each activity in very organised way .Company policies are fair and good . Good bonus is given to employees when they achieve the targets .

Samsung is very Excellent with support of their employees. Samsung is providing all ppe to protect not only from covid-19 but also from other deseas. I m very thankful to the samsung with facility and others things. Thank u samsung

I don't dislike anything in samsung. But yes in some cases they always differentiate between employees related compensation.

Company is innovative and works on new technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is poor. Very high work pressure makes work-Life unbalanced. 11-14 hours are normal working hours and many times we have to work even for 24 hours continuously. Manager do not value individuals work and strengths. All the work and appreciation emails go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no job training for anyone.

Samsung company is good for working with excellent technology, they give a training for the new models as they produce
