.... This consulting company is totally fake. Please never ever fal into this trap. They will manipulate you and convince you in such a way that you will join through their payroll and join in a company and after working there for certain period of without any notice they will tell you to move out of the company with stupid reasons. Please never fall into this fake trap. There are many others vendors are there research well but never ever join this fake samprada consulting. Total fake. It will paralyze your career if you join this consulting company. Even I would suggest work hard and join direct payroll companies instead of joining through third party vendor.and this vendor samprada is utter nonsense. And their HR and all who were working under this consulting company is scammer. If they call you just decline then on face . I really wish you read my comments before joining this stupid samprada consulting. Be aware and save yourself joining this fake consulting vendor

As at Sampradaa, there's very little to dislike. The supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and collaborative environment make it a fantastic place to work. Management genuinely cares about employee well-being, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. Overall, it's a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
