Salary benefits are so worst comparing to other company I completed B.E Mechanical engineering with 4yrs experience but I have salary only 12000 per months salary is so worst in that company

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.

Need more focus on Marketing. Limited people ruling the plant and they made good MNC company to Lala company. Especially Logistics/SCM Head focusing more on forwarders where money involves, not on real supplier issues.
