It’s a pathetic company with zero job security, hr here is the biggest culprit who hide things while hiring and love playing game of hiring and firing on the basis of fake feedbacks. Very unorganised atmosphere with lack of proper communication among employees

If u r joining as researcher the company could be the option ( partially ) but other departments are kind of neglected -Good leave policy structure -WFH Flexibility ( but it's soon to be revoked) -Depends on your project and team

Flexi hours can easily be interpreted long hours ( totally depends on ur projects and team. I have seen many extending their work hours to match requirements easily 10-12 hrs) Growth is slow. Poor promotion and appraisal Severe management issues CEOs contradictory idealogy can pose a challenge Severe mismanagement and communication gap Quite firing. They will never fire you but either create circumstances to leave or pressurized u to leave every single day. In my tenure I had witnessed 3-4 such cases in different departments. If you're a yes person you'll flourish here. But if you are logical and have opinions about your work and field practices you'll have a hard time. Most of the upper hierarchy management are here since forever and their practices are old. They function on liking not logical strategy and god forbid you counter question those moves ur good days are over.
