...dictate their own hours, create self serving rules, and mandate unpaid overtime. It works under the guise of nation development, urging employees to work even on sundays without any overtime pay or compensatory off. They focus on trivial matters over significant issues. They prefer employees who follows orders without question and can be tamed. If you want work life balance and if you can stand for yourself then this company is not for you. Their approach is more of enforcing their will than fostering true leadership and development. If you are sucker than you will go far in this company even if you don’t have skills.
