... they have to beg from the AEs every month. The management is least concerned. There is no yearly hikes and the only way you can increase your salary is via promotions.

One of the leaders mentioned in a all hands meet that they absurdly hired 35000 people around the world with no business logic and now they are freezing hiring and cutting down on cost...their share value dropped over 30% since Jan 2022 untill May 2022...slides from $215 to $150.

New acquired companies have not been able to live upto Salesforce expectations and so Salesforce management is cutting cost now

...esources direct from market. for internal resources this academy has been setup. salary whatever you get while joining is good after that they won’t give any good numbers.

No work life balance, now they have reduced the salary, no remote work option, no offices in pune for support, no fair promotion, not at all feels like a product company but it feels more like a bpo now.The above views are from perspective of a support egg. Pay is good, wellbeing reimbursement along with free food.

Their leadership and upper management. Also there is so much of unnecessary team politics. And the work is very redundant, nothing much to learn in analytics side of Salesforce. Just keep completing those stakeholders requirements without knowing why are we doing it.
