The payroll cycle should be 30th or 31st of every month, and not on 7th. The Pay-slip doesn't get generated on time.

...ere fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.. Salary delay of more than 2 months. No vision and mission. ... No motivation from the management.

Have been working here for the past 2.5 years and I have got a good perspective in my field and my job responsibilities. If anyone wants to learn and grow in their career, Salasar is one of the finest places to be in.

The best part of Salasar is that they always pay the salary on time. Even during the lockdown period, when people were losing their jobs and there was a high level of job insecurity everywhere, this company has paid the salary on time every month without any deductions. Salasar is a company that takes care of its employees and acknowledges the efforts of a performer always fully. Has a good unity among the team members and full support and guidance is provided to the employees by the senior management.
