The best part of Salasar is that they always pay the salary on time. Even during the lockdown period, when people were losing their jobs and there was a high level of job insecurity everywhere, this company has paid the salary on time every month without any deductions. Salasar is a company that takes care of its employees and acknowledges the efforts of a performer always fully. Has a good unity among the team members and full support and guidance is provided to the employees by the senior management.

...where the compensation on same grounds is average (sharing my perspective only). Decent package might encourages employees to sustain and empowers them to maintain their work-life balanced.
