Sakal has a very good hardworking culture, where I learnt discipline and good work culture, which is still helpful for me at my today's work place. The Unit Manager was rude with newcomers. The Chief Manager HR was too noisy and never gave proper directions to work. Job security. Targeting Probationary Employees

HR policies , salary is uncertain as there is no idea of when the policy will change, growth is very slow, and appraisal cycle is uncertain
