✓Over burdon. ✓They keep increasing target by saying it's automation now but they have 0% automation, everything is manually. ✓More time in meeting and then asking why target not achieved. ✓Revit is not necessary to work here, only Excel is enough. ✓No work life balance.

Non technical person handling technical field. They consider design team as BPO. No consideration of talent only yes ma'am ok ma'am will consider. No OT. Project coordinator is very talented that he doesn't know R of revit. If any talented person working hard then they will pressurised by senior person also will get too much insulting behaviour by so called seniors. They don't even cooperative in our medical casualties. They just know 2.5. Team lead just do refresh refresh in working hours

No Good manners from HR to employees and there's no regular toilet maintenance it's makes me sick and no quality food and also they are so many things to tell. If suppose if anyone can get the job in Sai systems you can see yourself. This is reasons I'm done with Saisystems.

This is the first company for me. Team members are good. And you'll get KT from whenever you want from and no micro management. And good work life balance.

Sai system, nandhanam, chennai brach, Nothing to say about this organization "DONT WASTE UR TIME", HR dept very worst in this company, they dont have any salary structure properly once you selected in the interview they asking for low package and they called for one postion and post the position in naukri but when u arrive their to attend the interview they sd that posting was closed

I have never ever seen in this kind of interview before, i applied the QA role & receive call from HR dept to attend the interview by walkin, when i attend the interview he sd QA role was already closed we hve opening for AR analyst only but its same salary (46k) and got selected in both of rounds and HR sd once submit any (10th, 12th)certicate we will generate the offer letter and release the offer soon, as per HR advice submitted the certicate after 3 days i called to HR but he said waiting for approval from finance dept once receive the response ill generate later i did not receive any call from HR after 4 days i make a call to HR dept on that time they sd new stories like you are high paid candidate so management thinking and planned to gven one project to take care, later 1 week same HR sd still we did not receive any project and approval from finance dept so cme and collect the certificate once receive any project we ill call you, when i collect the certificate he asking if any salary negotiable we ill consider for joining for low package, i never seen this kind HR techniques before.
