Staffs are very co-operative.

Dislikes

...months even if there is lot of money available with company, lot of favouritism. No policy of anything not even salary slips, leaves for employees. The Company is not giving increment, yearly bonus (statutory bonus). Even not a box of sweet on the auspicious festival of Diwali.

...n occasion of Diwali. Salaries are given late around 20-25 days after month end. sometime you get only 50% of salary. Salary to most of the employees are given from third party. which they do not inform during interview. No Earned Leave.
