Salary increment & promotion is little bad. Economic struggling will be merely observed among team members. Remaining all were good.

Lack of career growth opportunities. You have to work on same technology for a long. Not providing proper KT for new comers (Because of the huge project).

...Supportive top management ,WORK from home currently, Job will be secure here ... Salary was given during covid and no resources were removed unnecessarily .

1. Bond - There is bond when you join a fresher for 2 years , in a few cases even for experienced . for freshers there is no increment in those 2 years then the increment given is below industry standard Even when you go to france there is 1 year bond and the onsite visit is not longer than a month. If you want your certification sponsored again you have 1 year bond , 2. Sandwich leave policy : This outdated policy is still prevailing in this company . 3. Old Technology (In terms of Software) - A lot of the work done here is on old technology . There is no cloud in most of the teams here and very few teams are working on new tech . If you are in old tech switching to new tech is not easy internally even though you have the skills and certifications .

...ent Trainees/ Campus selected persons, other employees will be treated worst. Big difference in salary package too compare, its not matter how much years u worked in company. Managers will deploy jobs to subordinate and without training or support.

After salary every one expect good IT environment but this place lacking all things , no proper work structure , experienced candidate get again experience here.
