...any, it's sakes based company. For name sake they have ISO & IATF certification. Worst culture in the company, you wilp get only 5% increments yearly, you will have to pay back your increment while leaving the company. Attrition rate is 50% always, hardly any people stays here. Regretting joining here

No increments like 5% max in a year, huge work pressure. Worst culture, no systems. Attrition is always around 50% here

35% of already low CTC is Variable pay which is daylight robbery and shows lack of trust in their own employees and management insecurity. Attrition rate is huge due to bad management(insecure employees badmouth about collegues and management seems to reward them)and and less salary.
