...on to please insecure boss instead of focusing on company goals and performance. One of the lowest salary structure in the competitive MNC market . Exploited workmen with poor salaries. Wannabe HR polices which look good only on paper. Being frank with self respect in the company willl only lead to your downfall ,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job sequrity is excellent. Conpany is good,policies are old but ok

Salary structure is very poor, you can say least in market and same is condition of increament. Career growth is very low for example if you join as team member you will that for a minimum of 7to 8 years or may be more.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.
