Process of employee removing from position. Firstly they target employee. Then spread negative image to management. He/She is not working properly also he/she has good knowledge. But spread negativity in any other person and target that one. Loose their confidence. Also spread negative news in team.No one help you when you are on track. Also show you are not able to work properly, and Put on PIP process. Also they consider put opn PIP period for 7 days, but they don't know HR policy is 30 days. They don't aware of HR policy.

Worst Manager who harrases the employees named Kacchi. Intersted in employees family and personal issues more than work. Daily scrolling only mobile and not working but having watch on employees. Partial with employess. Fooling freshers that there is BIM work but company does not have any BIM projects. No use of the job only Drafting work and component placing work and create sheet. Daily target of 3 Projects which is almost impossible. At the time of switiching job next company asks you what work you did in last company then you cannot tell them anything.

I have been there 10 months, i was quickly hand overed the work of quality checking, as they were really impressed with my work, then they made me TL, after that when covid 19 pandamic they put many employees in the PIP, in which they asked me to improve my productivity. I was really shocked that how can somwone ask me for my productivity as i was positioned for quality checking and TL, then smartly they ask u for resignation or else as per pip rules they will terminate u, they asked to resign almost half of the employees, and i have also been molested and mentally harrased there. The company is not secured for women.

Working hours and office atmosphere is toxic to your mental peace. They fo not care about the femal employees.

Likes

It can be a good opportunity for a fresher who is self motivated, eager to learn the technical stuff and don't have binding to any specific technology. If you are working on any product then you are safe else based on project you need to keep changing your skill. Flexible timing.

Dislikes

Policies are not very clear. Two years of bond for fresher and during that Time period gets very less hike and cannot resign. Management is ready to discus with you but there is no outcome or implementation of those discussions.
