Need to improve work culture,lack of trust by the office staff on employee, Deductions of amount from salary without any notice, payment issue, Site expenses issue

Dislikes

Too much importance to senior citizens. The work place should be more graceful if u management ll give more opportunities to young generation rather then senior citizens. So the domination should not take place.

I was work in this organisation from 2009 to 2012. I felt very happy to work there..I got good name for 1 year of my experience.i love the company I am a part of a member. And team members each and every one very good knowledgeable and good characters persons
