Company policies are very good in terms of on time salary & full job security.. Having 2 weekly off in a week thats the most good thing for every employee..

Yes sometimes their is a politics within a company that is why carrier growth is affected.

...help out when needed but the support from the management was below satisfactory. There is no carrier growth and salary disbursement is not done on time. The situation further worsen when Systra over took the control of SAI for Rail projects.

This company is not interested for the welfare and growth of employees but only interested for the billing amount from the client for the individual employees.

Bosses act like they are GOD, They are not leaders. They compare you with your coligues and never appreciate your work. Always make you feel like they are doing fever to you and no work life balance. No appraisal. Your boss will always look at you with a very suspesipus way.
