I recently interviewed here at Safety Manager post, interview went biased base, looked only one perspective, looked only small skills apart to look all skill set what job description requires and not looked for potantial.

So after this interview I felt like what exactly want this people? It just direction Changing how they manupulating and giving biased suggestion during interviews on condidate previous experience. I knowing seems negative, but its real !

Another name of job in sahyadri farms is slavery. There is no opportunity to growth. You can't afford the company if you want respect. Employee don't have freedom. I had resigned but I say I will like to be jobless but not afford to be employee in sahyadri farms.

1.It is a great job security if you think for long term. 2.Transperent work culture & nice internal as well as external environment. 3.Great management team as well as all staff. 4.Policies are general as per industry practices.

Just search why managers are also getting fired. No job security no increments , no respect of each other you'll never see happy faces while working. Gave bad life experience overall.

Good only if you work as an agronomist under Sachin Walunj Sir like manager otherwise all managers are faking people.
