Good pay.
Good work life balance.
Most of the consultants are good to juniors.
All the staff are good and helpful except a few.
In the branch I worked.
No job security.
The management removes your job whenever they want.
The management would remove good consultants from their jobs without any reason. There used to be a lot of politics in this branch.
Less pay must increase the salary hike
We request you to provide doctors longue to take a break or rest
Nursing staff must be much more energetic and descipline during working hours
Security should be more strict and cautious
Ward boys must be available for every floor all the time
Please provide us tabs as soon as possible
Please make strict guidelines for nursing staff for follow up things like reports and all

The management itself spreads unnecessary rumors and worsen the team environment
The management doesn't tolerate if the employees in a team are moving friendly
No job security always hiring and firing is their policy.
Hr doesn't care about employees once they sign appointment letter.
I would suggest to rename it as "SCHOOL"
They just suck employees blood at the workplace but putting a lot of stress and pressure.
I am not at all proud to work for such company.
I really feel guilty for working 1year of time for this stupid management .
As They pay employees so they don't bother about their health and work life balance
The patient's are also not properly treated, they take money from patients but still do not care them.
No proper SOP defined for any process
They feel they have corporate culture. However, the culture is very degraded starting from senior management.
Humiliation in front of every one.
No training will be provided.
No incentives paid on time.
Lots of misleading.
No proper employee benefits apart from salary.
No fixed appraisals time period. They will give when ever they want.
The management is very encouraging and supportive. Management is always first to recognise the hidden talent of an employee and supportive to unlock new skills. The future goals and career growth with the company is unimaginable.
